How to lose weight and gain abs fast

There are two components vital to achieve a slim waist and to gain abs, however determination is a third and vital factor.

The first component in gaining abs and achieving a great body is proper exercise, the second is diet and the third is simply to get off your backside, get motivated and take action.

Training: To help flatten your stomach and develop your upper, middle and lower abdominals you must repeat several muscle-specific exercises to make them leaner, stronger and more defined.

Crunch to Gain Abs

The most targeted exercises to gian abs are called Crunches.These can be performed either flat on the floor or using incline (feet lowered) or decline (feet elevated) boards. Your hands should be locked behind your neck.

Crunches consist of curling your head and shoulders towards your stomach and tensing your abdominal muscles. Each crunch should be repeated thirty times. This is a tough exercise but it will help you gain abs fast.

This should be followed by doing the curl with your elbows trying to touch your opposite knee. Each contraction should be held for one second before repeating.

Gain Abs Quickly

Another way to gain abs quickly is to place your feet under a fixed bar or get someone to hold them while you perform sit ups. Be careful with this exercise so that you don’t strain your lower back. Do 10 repetions.

Now lie on the floor with your hands flat by your sides. Keeping your legs straight, raise them alternately to about 45 degrees before lowering them. Repeat thirty times.

Next, with both legs raised to 45 degrees start a bicycle movement, first pedaling forwards for 30 seconds then backwards for the same time.

Finally, to gain abs fast, finish off with knee crunches. curl your head and shoulders forwards like before but this time simultaneously bend your knees and raise them towards your head. Repeat thirty time.

Your muscles will develop with exercise, but you will only see the results by dieting. You must get rid of all subcutaneous fat to reveal your musculature.

Leave out carbohydrates: Refined flour, refined sugar and artificial sweeteners. Reduce to a minimum caffeine and alcohol. You don’t need to take supplements. All you need to gain muscle and stay health can be found by eating meat, fruit and vegetables.

Between meals it is a good idea to eat apples and drink water so that you don’t feel hungry and feel like snacking.

Let’s face it, to develop a flat stomach and gain abs takes dedication – but just think of all the admiring looks your going to get from men and women alike.
